Obtaining and Processing Personal Data

In the context of a B2B relationship, we process identifying data of natural persons acting on behalf of legal entities or self-employed individuals (name, professional email, position, corporate telephone, billing address, and Tax ID - CIF/NIF). Additionally, technical data such as IP addresses are collected for security reasons and professional traffic analysis.

Proyectos en vidrio, S.L. informs Professional Users that data collection occurs through sending inquiry emails or by completing registration and quote forms on the website.

Only data strictly necessary for the maintenance of the commercial relationship, management of professional orders, and response to technical information requests will be obtained. In no case will specially protected (sensitive) data be processed.

Contact/Email Forms

Purpose: Management of commercial inquiries, sending professional quotes, and technical support to clients or collaborators.

Legal Basis: The processing is based on Legitimate Interest (Article 19 of Spanish LOPD-GDD and Article 6.1.f of GDPR) for the maintenance of the relationship with professionals, or express consent in the case of general inquiries.

Data Transfer: The information is hosted on the infrastructure of Google Firebase, acting as Data Processor (Encargado del Tratamiento).

Professional Client Registration/Onboarding Forms

Purposes:

  • Management of professional account onboarding and tax validation (CIF/NIF).
  • Order processing, invoicing, and accounting management.
  • Logistics and tracking of glass material shipments.
  • Technical commercial communications related to orders or price list updates for professionals.

Legal Basis: Execution of a commercial contract or pre-contractual relationship.

Data Transfer: Data will not be transferred to third parties except for legal obligation or professional service necessity. Specifically to:

  • Google Firebase: Hosting and database management.
  • Stripe: Payment gateway for secure corporate card transactions.
  • Logistics operators: For the physical delivery of projects to construction sites or social headquarters.
  • Public Administrations: In compliance with current tax regulations.

For bank transfer payments, the exchange of tax data will be carried out exclusively through direct professional email channels.

Legal Capacity

This website is directed exclusively at professionals and companies. The User declares that they have sufficient legal capacity and, where appropriate, the necessary representation of the legal entity on whose behalf they act to provide the data and carry out contracting.

Professional User Registration

Registration requires the creation of a professional profile where the following are collected: Company name or self-employed individual's name, Tax ID (CIF/NIF), contact person, site/shipping address, and access credentials. The User is solely responsible for the custody of their keys and the veracity of the tax data provided for correct invoicing.

The private panel allows the management of quotes, download of invoices, and tracking of professional order history.

Security Measures

Technical and organizational security protocols have been implemented to guarantee the integrity of commercial data. The website uses SSL encryption protocols and relies on Google Firebase security infrastructure to protect information against unauthorized access or data leaks.

Exercise of Rights

Despite being a commercial relationship, the natural persons whose data are processed retain their rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure (Right to be Forgotten), Restriction of Processing, Objection, and Portability.

To exercise them, the Professional User must contact comercial@decorcen.com by email, identifying themselves by their name and the details of the company represented. The response period is 1 month according to regulations.

Data Retention

Data will be kept as long as the active commercial relationship is maintained. Once finished, they will be kept blocked during the legal prescription periods:

  • 6 years: Accounting books, invoices, and commercial documentation (Art. 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code - Código de Comercio).
  • 4 years: Fiscal and tax obligations.
  • 10 years: In cases applicable by Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing regulations (Prevención de Blanqueo de Capitales).

Professional Confidentiality

All technical information, plans, or quotes shared through the platform will be considered industrial and professional confidential information. Proyectos en vidrio, S.L. undertakes not to disclose the details of the projects or commercial intentions of the User to third parties outside the provision of the service.

Validity

This policy has been updated dated March 12, 2026 to adjust to the professional sales operations and cloud services of the platform.
