3. Shipping and Transport Conditions
Given the specific nature of our products (glass and decoration items), shipments are governed by the following logistical conditions. Unless otherwise agreed, sales are understood under CPT (Carriage Paid To - Incoterms 2020) conditions for the peninsula: Decorcen manages and assumes the cost of transport, but the risk transfers to the Client at the moment of delivery of the goods to the first carrier.

- Minimum order: 1,000€ (Taxable Base).

The Client may choose the following payment methods, depending on their validation profile:
- Advance Bank Transfer: IBAN details will be provided after order validation. Shipment will be made after confirming receipt of funds.
- Secure Card Payment (Stripe): Through our secure gateway compatible with corporate credit and debit cards.
In compliance with the Spanish Late Payment Law (Ley de Morosidad), agreed payment periods shall in no case exceed 60 calendar days.
5. Delivery Times
Typical delivery times range between 3 and 10 business days, depending on stock and the logistical complexity of the requested material. Decorcen will promptly inform of any significant delay due to stockouts or transport incidents.
6. Receipt and Returns
Given the fragility of glass, it is the Client's obligation to inspect the goods at the time of receipt.
- Any incident (breakages, missing packages, or reference errors) must be recorded on the delivery note (albarán) at the time of delivery.
- The Client has a maximum period of 24 hours to notify visible damage (box dents or obvious breakages) and 4 calendar days for "internal defects" or non-apparent damage, in accordance with Art. 366 of the Spanish Commercial Code (Código de Comercio). Notifications must be sent to comercial@decorcen.com attaching photographs of the damaged material.
As this is a B2B (commercial) relationship, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal regulated for end consumers. Returns will only be accepted in case of manufacturing defect or error attributable to Decorcen.
7. Retention of Title
The goods shall remain the property of Decorcen until full payment of the invoice by the Client. In case of non-payment, Decorcen reserves the right to withdraw the supplied material at the Client's expense.
8. Electronic Invoicing
In compliance with the Spanish "Crea y Crece" Law (Ley de Creación y Crecimiento de Empresas), the Client expressly consents to the issuance and receipt of invoices in electronic format in accordance with current regulations, unless otherwise stated in writing through our contact channels.
9. Force Majeure
Decorcen will not be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: transport strikes, widespread stockouts at origin, natural disasters, or health crises.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish commercial legislation. For any controversy derived from the interpretation or execution of these conditions, both parties, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Toledo (Spain).
